Cooking suggestion (cook from frozen).
Deep fryer: Deep fry in 3-5 minutes at 180°C until the squid rings are golden brown.
Oven: Preheat oven to 225°C and place the squid rings on a baking rack and cook 15-18 minutes until the squid rings are golden and crispy. Turn around the squid rings after 8 minutes.
To be served as snacks with dip, salad and bread.
Tilberedning (tilberedes fra frossen stand):
Friture: Steges i forvarmet olie 180°C i 3-5 minutter eller indtil blæksprutteringene er gyldenbrune.
Ovn: Tilberedes på bageplade i forvarmet ovn ved 225°C i 15-18 minutter eller indtil blæksprutteringene er gyldne og sprøde, vendes efter 8 minutter.
Serveres som snack med dip, salat og flutes.
